Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept any returns once products are shipped. All items are created made to order to ensure the freshest items possible.  Soap products are very personal items and I appreciate you understanding why we cannot accept returns. If you are unsatisfied with your products, please email immediately so we can help find a solution. If something shows up damaged due to issues with my packaging, I will gladly replace and ship upon provided pictures of damages incurred.
